The title of this book is a bit misleading. It certainly gives a detailed account of how the China Study was conceived and performed, along with its findings. But it also summarizes in a very readable manner the 30 years of laboratory work by Dr. T. Colin Campbell that led to the study as well as discussion on why the findings have been mostly ignored by mainstream medical practice. A must read for anyone interested in achieving long term health through a WFPB diet.
