Our team of health professionals recognizes the need for proper education for individuals who wish to eat a WFPBD, as all vegetarian or even vegan diets aren’t healthful.
Many individuals who eat these diets do eat an excess of sugars and oils and due to their physiological actions, inherently contribute to the development of chronic diseases.
Additionally, processed foods tend to be consumed in large proportions many of which are marketed as health-promoting.
These aren’t real food, but merely substances concocted in a lab. Therefore, we advocate the consumption of whole foods which is defined as a food that is not, or minimally processed.
What plant street offers
Plant Street has focused on making individuals who have committed to improving their health by reversing or preventing chronic disease with lifestyle changes the “how” and “why” these modifications can be done.
We believe that unless a person understands why they are making these changes, it will be difficult to be sustainable, especially since these changes are so contrary to the standard American diet and many will question and present conflicting opinions.
We will teach based on the most contemporary solid scientific literature. How to makes these changes will be coached in a stepwise logical fashion to assure long term success.

Our team includes medical doctors, a physician assistant, and yoga instructors who are passionate about helping others reach optimal health by teaching patients and clients about lifestyle changes that are backed by scientific literature.
As a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and as trained healthcare professionals we are bridging the gap between what is missing in the current conventional healthcare system.
Not many doctor’s offices are giving their patients the support they need to make these adequate lifestyle changes.
They also do not have time to teach it. And, unfortunately, many dieticians and nutritionists are only teaching what the USDA has recommended which is biased as they have big dairy, meat, and sugar industries in mind.
Plant Street will teach information without these biases and will give you the support you need to make lifelong changes so you can live your best life.
